چکیده
The root restriction of protected cultivation has been widely used to increase productivity and sustainability in modern agriculture. However, there have few studies wolfberry (Lycium barbarum) restriction, it is cultivated mostly by clean tillage. In this study, we measured the growth Lycium barbarum composition diversity bacterial community soil properties L. under different methods with restriction. results showed that X60 root-restriction treatment significantly increased canopy size (east–west), leaf length, width, number length new branches, concentrations chlorophyll K barbarum. N, P, groups were all higher than those CK. ratio N:P was greatest CK plants least X80, indicating X80 had a relatively weak effect on balance N:P. addition, improved fruit quality increasing organic matter carbon also fertilization efficiency promote plant growth. Moreover, high-throughput sequencing abundance bacteria Furthermore, total top 10 genera treatment. Redundancy analysis K, major factors affected community. A comprehensive comparison but reduced bacteria. yielded best Our findings provide an empirical reference for appropriate width.

Improvement effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on sub-health mice
Objective(s):Sub-health has been described as a chronic condition of unexplained deteriorated physiological function, which falls between health and illness. In the present study, we evaluated the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP), a polysaccharide fraction purified from Lycium barbarum (L. barbarum) on the sub-health mice. Materials and Methods:The sub-health model mice were buil...

This study was performed to evaluate the in vitro antioxidant and antimicrobial activities and the polyphenolic content of Lycium barbarum L. and L. chinense Mill. leaves. The different leave extracts contain important amounts of flavonoids (43.73 ± 1.43 and 61.65 ± 0.95 mg/g, respectively) and showed relevant antioxidant activity, as witnessed by the quoted methods. Qualitative and quantitativ...

متن کاملThe Effect of Root Exudate 7,4′-Dihydroxyflavone and Naringenin on Soil Bacterial Community Structure
Our goal was to investigate how root exudate flavonoids influence the soil bacterial community structure and to identify members of the community that change their relative abundance in response to flavonoid exudation. Using a model system that approximates flavonoid exudation of Medicago sativa roots, we treated a soil with 7,4'-dihydroxyflavone and naringenin in two separate experiments using...
